WHERE IT STARTED
Living in Toronto, we felt it ourselves.
Smaller apartments. Rising costs. And a living room full of furniture that didn't do enough. We kept asking the same question: why does every piece only do one thing? The sofa is the heart of the home. It deserved better.
Taking things into our own hands
No one knew how to make it. So we figured it out.
We couldn't find a factory that had done this before, because none had. We designed the Rezy Smart Sofa from scratch, going through prototype after prototype, obsessing over every detail down to the orientation of a single screw.
Production

We worked with our manufacturers to fine tune the design for reliability and comfort, combining decades of furniture building experience with a new idea.

After two years in the making, we successfully launched on Kickstarter and raised over $55,000 to turn the Rezy Sofa into a reality.

The challenge wasn't just building something that transformed; it was making sure every layout felt as intentional as the last. We refined the zipper connector system until every configuration locked in and held firm. No tools. No guesswork.
