Shipping

Free shipping on all orders. No hidden fees, no surprises.

We offer two delivery options, and availability is shown at checkout once you enter your address.

Local Delivery: 3–5 Business Days Available in select areas within Greater Toronto. Includes email scheduling, real-time tracking, and delivery inside the entryway of your home or apartment unit.

Standard Delivery: 5–10 Business Days Delivery to the outside of your home or apartment building. If you live in a condo or apartment, delivery may be to the main entrance or loading dock. The shipping company will contact you to schedule your delivery date.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Deliveries are scheduled in advance β€” specific time requests within the window can't be accommodated. To reschedule, contact the shipping company at least 24 hours before your delivery to avoid a missed delivery fee.
  • If you notice any damage upon delivery, let the driver know immediately and have it noted on your delivery receipt. Contact us within 24 hours.
  • Once an order has shipped, no changes can be made to it.
  • Additional charges for missed deliveries or isolated addresses are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Some of our products may be sold out, if an item is sold out, the estimated shipping time will show on the product and the order summary during checkout.Β 

Assembly

Your Rezy sofa is designed to be set up at home without any tools, think more "click and zip" than flat-pack furniture. Delivery covers getting it to your door; the final setup is quick and something you can do yourself in just a few steps.

Flow Sofa Bed Allow the compressed modules to expand (about 5 minutes), then zip the seat and backrest modules together.Β 

Smart Sofa (current models) Slip on the removable covers, then hook together the armrest, backrest, and seat modules.

Smart Sofa (older models, non-removable covers) Hook together the armrest, backrest, and seat modules.

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind everything we make. All Rezy products come with a 30-day risk-free trial β€” if it's not the right fit, we'll make it right.

Smart Sofa & Accessories

Try it for 30 days. If you'd like to return it for any reason, we cover both the original and return shipping at no cost to you.

To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition β€” free of stains, scratches, rips, or damage. Please hold onto your original packaging, including any pallets if your order arrived on one.

If you no longer have the original packaging, we'll reship it to you and a flat 15% restocking fee will apply. If any modules are damaged beyond repair, the cost of those modules will be deducted from your refund. Once our warehouse team has inspected and approved the return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Flow Sofa Bed

The Flow ships compressed and expands in your home, so returns work a little differently. You don't need to keep the original packaging & you don't need to repack it. Just reach out within 30 days of delivery and our team will coordinate everything with you directly, at no cost.

The Flow must be in like-new condition to qualifyβ€” free of stains, scratches, rips, or damage. Once your return is received, your full refund will be processed to your original payment method.


Cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us at info@rezydesign.com with your order number as soon as possible. We'll do our best to catch it before it ships. Once an order is in transit, it can no longer be cancelled, but our 30-day return policy still applies.


10-Year Limited Warranty

We build our furniture to last, and we back that with a 10-year limited warranty on every product.

What's covered:

  • Structural and frame defects
  • Hardware failures, including hydraulic hinges and metal connectors
  • Connecting zippers (Flow Sofa Bed)
  • Electronics β€” built-in outlets, USB ports, and ambient lighting (Smart+)
  • Significant foam deformation beyond normal use (assessed case by case)

What's not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Accidental damage such as stains, rips, or scratches
  • Damage resulting from misuse or unintended use
