Each box contains one single seat & backrest - 14" x 14" x 38" (47 lbs)

Allow the compressed modules to expand (about 5 minutes), then zip the seat and backrest modules together. 

Wait approximately 48 hours for the foam to fully set in it's shape and firmness.

The Flow uses 2.2 PCF (pounds per cubic foot) high-density foam throughout (seats, back cushions). PCF measures how much material is packed into each cubic foot of foam. Higher density means it holds its shape longer, resists sagging, and stays comfortable over time.

For reference, most sofas use 1.5–1.8 PCF foam. At 2.2 PCF, the Flow is engineered to resist sagging that typically appear in lower quality sofa beds within a year or two, so it performs the same on day one as it does years down the line. Backed by a 10-year warranty and a 30-day risk-free trial.

Not at all. The FLOW sofa bed is engineered with 2.2 PCF high-density foam, a premium grade typically reserved for high-end, permanent upholstery. We specifically selected this density because of its 'rebound memory'. It is resilient enough to withstand the initial shipping compression and then expand to its full structural intent without losing its shape. You get the convenience of a modular setup with the durability of a traditional luxury sofa.

It has a Medium-Firm profile (60 Asker F), specifically designed for what we call 'Active Comfort.'

Unlike low-density sofas that feel soft initially but leave you feeling 'stuck' or unsupported after an hour, the FLOW uses high-resiliency foam that contours to your body while maintaining its structural integrity. It provides a supportive lift that makes it just as comfortable for a marathon movie night as it is for a full night's sleep in its bed configuration. It’s comfort that doesn't collapse.

All Flow fabrics are 100% polyester. Built to handle everyday use without wearing down. Every cover is fully removable and machine washable (including all seats & backrests).

No feet, this is intentional. Keeping the base flat ensures a seamless, even surface when the sofa converts into a bed. In place of feet, each seat has a rubber grip base that keeps everything firmly in place on the floor.

Not unless you intend to move it, the sofa has grippy pads under each seat.

All the modules, except the ottoman, have heavy-duty metal connectors that hook all the pieces securely together.

You will not need any tools to put the sofa together.

To keep your sofa looking fresh for years to come, please wipe away spills immediately with a damp cloth.

Vacuum the sofa regularly to keep dust from building up on the fabric.

All covers are removable and machine washable. Feel free to wash and dry the covers on a delicate cycle.

Our 10-year warranty covers the things that matter most — foam degradation beyond normal wear, zipper and connector failures, and fabric cover defects. If something breaks down or fails prematurely, we'll make it right.

What it doesn't cover: normal wear and tear and stains.

We want you to love your Flow. If it's not the right fit, we make returning it simple.

Try it for 30 days. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll take care of the rest, at no cost to you. You will receive a full refund once we obtain the product.

How it works:
Because the Flow ships compressed and expands in your home, returns are handled differently than our other products. You won't need to repack it & you don't need to keep the original packaging. Once you reach out, our team will coordinate the pickup or local logistics directly with you.

A few things to note:

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your delivery date
• The sofa must be in reasonable condition without damage (normal trial use is completely fine)
• We'll follow up within 1–2 business days to arrange next steps
• Your refund is processed once the return is confirmed

For all other Rezy products, please keep your original packaging — it's required for returns.
