Two-Seater Smart 3.0

We've had our couch for almost two weeks now, & we're absolutely obsessed. 🛋️

The cream color is even prettier in person, & it pairs beautifully with the cream marble cupholders. I'm loving the modular design & the deep, comfy seats - the lower back pillows are such a thoughtful touch. The storage is next-level too: hidden space in the seats, ottomans, & armrests means everything has a place.

My favorite detail? The stowaway table tucked into the armrest - so handy. And the app-controlled LED lighting takes it over the top - fun, unique, & makes our movie nights hit different.

What really sold me long-term is how adaptable this couch is. Want a new look down the road? Just swap the covers for a different color. Need to move it to another room or floor? Add a piece instead of buying a whole new set.

This couch truly does it all - comfort, storage, style, & flexibility in one. Highly recommend to anyone looking to invest in a quality piece of furniture! ✨

I bought the Smart+ 3.0 two years ago and felt like it finally deserved a review because honestly, it still looks and feels exactly like it did when I first got it.

The fabric has held up incredibly well. No pilling, no sagging, no wear in the spots I sit most. For a sofa that gets used every single day, that says a lot. I also have a toy poodle that loves being on the sofa, it’s gone through spills, vomit and a bunch of different stuff. I just use a wet vac and some cleaner to get everything out.

The storage is something I use constantly and never take for granted. Under each seat is a huge compartment and I keep everything in there. Documents, bedding, jackets, I even have a humidifier in there that I use in the winter. The armrest storage fits my laptop, throw blankets… I wouldn’t know where to store all these without this couch.

The lighting still works perfectly too. At night the sofa looks like it’s floating off the floor and you can set it to whatever colour fits the mood. The dynamic wave mode is still one of my favourite things to show people when they come over.
Also, charging is a must have.

I do wish I had the newer version with the washable covers.

Two years later, no regrets.

Beautiful sofa! It’s very comfortable and I love the functionality pieces like the tray table and my all time favourite; the storage, which is why I bought it. Overall I’m very happy with it. There were some communication challenges initially, but the company really made an effort to go above and beyond to address my concerns and ensure I was satisfied with the final product. They replaced parts, followed up afterward to see how I was feeling. and even sent updated seat covers at no cost. I really appreciated the level of care and customer service in resolving everything.

I shared this with them already but I really do love the product they’ve built as a small Canadian business and would definitely support them again in the future. I only removed 1 star for the initial communication issues but the product itself is a 10/10

found rezy on instagram, i believe. i liked the clean, modern look and especially all the storage, since i have a 500 sf studio condo. but i was pretty hesitant to buy a couch online. i've seen so many couches that LOOKED GREAT but when you actually sit on them, they FELT TERRIBLE. i read the reviews and even asked people who posted to rezy's pictures and they said it was actually comfortable, so i took a chance.

i will say, it's a little more firm than i'd prefer but still comfortable. maybe different firmness options in the future would be a good idea. i got the 2 seater plus ottoman. the couch (USA store) is about 90"x40", which is PERFECT for my space. surprisingly, the same version in their Canadian online store is only 80" long and not as deep, either. i thought the different sizings, depending on canadian vs USA online stores, was odd. i did NOT get the smart+ version that lights up, etc.

the good:

simple, clean, modern look.

storage (in the seats, arms AND ottoman!).

a tray that swings out of the arm to eat on or use a laptop. tray maybe could be just a little wider, tho.

good quality, well built. fed ex said the 7 pieces (2 seats, 2 arms, 2 backs and 1 ottoman) weighed 600 lbs! it's a good thing this is modular because that's a LOT of overall weight.

the pillows are nice and it's great that they included the smaller lumbar pillows, aswell.

support, especially DARCY, was very nice to work with and very accommodating.

i've lived in the same place for 19 yrs and hopefully, i won't be moving in the near future but moving my old couch (a similar 91"x44" size) was REALLY difficult to get in and out of my unit due to it being one LARGE piece. this will be easier but will take longer. i couldn't get my old couch in my old building's very small elevator, so i had to carry it down the stairs, which almost killed me. i was able to take my rezy, a piece or 2 at a time, via a dolly, up the elevator, thank goodness.

i got a really great price during a holiday sale, plus shipping was free with the deal i got.

cons:

i really did not like how the back and arm pieces hook together with the seat pieces. they make it look easy in the video but it's not, imo. the hook system is very tight and took many tries. any time i was able to get the hooks to fit (after many tries), i felt incredibly lucky. i actually couldn't get one arm piece to hook but it's up against a wall and not going anywhere. so i finally gave up trying to connect it to the couch. i think a MAGNETIC system would be much better and easier. or bigger hooks/latches that stick out further. the ones they have are too small/too tight, imo.

very limited colors and fabrics but i knew this going in. there are just 5 color options and 2 of them were velvet (navy and grey), which i felt would be way too hot (i sleep on my couch a lot. Btw, I'm 5'10" and completely stretch out between the arms with an inch or 2 to spare), so that left me with white (which i would never do), grey (the shade was a little too dark for my small space. i wish they had a lighter grey), so i had to settle for the cream weave. it's a lighter color than i'd prefer but the texture looked softer than what's available in white or grey. it feels very nice but they really need more color and material options.

the "cup holders" are really fancy coasters (slabs of granite(!) that velcro to the ends of the arm pieces), so i wish they wouldn't advertise them as cup holders- your drink can still get knocked off the edge. i hope they come up with arm pieces that have actual cup holders.

the couch covers don't come off, so you can't wash them in the laundry. i think i read that the couch covers in the canadian version come off and can be washed and they might do that in the future for the USA version but not anytime soon, from what i was told. i really wish my version had that.

because of the difficulty of putting it together (get magnets instead of hooks!! or an easier hook/latch system), the very limited color and material options, it being a little more firm than i prefer and the cup holders really being fancy coasters, i couldn't give it 5 stars.

it's a really nice couch but there is room for improvement, so hopefully they'll take my feedback into consideration. overall, i'm very happy with this couch and ottoman, especially for the sale price i got it for. it's a high quality couch but needs a few more options and a couple improvements to hit a true 5 star rating. i think i'm a hard but fair grader, so take that as you will.

i’ve had this couch now for a little bit and I’m obsessed. I live in a small Vancouver apartment so the storage alone sold me — I’ve never had a couch with this much built-in storage and it’s so needed.

The little features are so thoughtful. Strip lights underneath for movie nights, built-in cupholders for your tea or popcorn, and the seats themselves are so comfortable. It’s a four-piece sectional with an ottoman so multiple people can sit on it easily, which is great for hosting.

Would 100% recommend.

We love our Rezy!
We have a dog that made our old sofa age quite a bit in 1.5 years since it wasn’t built to handle her and did not have removable covers that we could wash.
The Rezy covers fabric is such high quality we don’t have to worry about her nails damaging it and if it gets dirty we can simply remove the covers and wash them.

It’s also so comfortable! The seats are deep and wide and the different pillows can be rearranged however we like. We spend hours on it and never get sore.

The built-in charger, cup holders and tray tables are such a useful bonus.

We also received the new quad pillow and it’s an amazing quality. I never considered investing in more expensive decorative pillows before but I’m definitely not going back now.

I love that we can also just buy a new seat if we ever need more space!

Rezy is a great choice if you’re looking to invest in a long-term, high quality and functional sofa that can grow with you and your needs!

We got the Rezy Smart+ Sofa and it's worth the investment! It was very easy to assemble, very comfortable to sit on even for hours. I love that it has a built in tray and built in outlets, perfect for someone who works from home like me. The hidden storage is amazing, it can fit so much so our living room is less cluttered now. And the ambient lighting is a nice touch at night. If you're looking for comfort & function, Rezy Sofa is an amazing choice!

I’ve had this sofa for a couple months now, and figured it’s time to share my thoughts since I did a ton of research before buying it.
Not gonna lie the price made me hesitate. That’s a lot of money for a sofa. But after living with it for a while, I get it now. This thing is packed with features that actually make sense for my space and needs as a tech creator.
Now let’s talk about comfort, I work from home and spend way too much time on this sofa, and it’s genuinely comfortable even after hours of sitting. It comes with back and side cushions, which is great. Here’s the thing though – definitely use the back cushion. The backrest is kind of low without it.
The design is pretty minimal and simple. It’s not trying to be some crazy statement piece, which I appreciate. Just looks clean and premium without being over the top. I went with charcoal grey and it goes with basically everything. My place has white walls and dark wood floors, and it fits right in. Fair warning – it’s big. Like, really big for a 3-seater. My condo is 1,100 square feet and it fits fine, but measure your space first. The beauty is this sofa is modular so you can expand it or take the middle piece out for a smaller 2 seater.
I got the 3.0 version with non-removable covers. The fabric feels solid and durable. Cleans up easily when I spill something, which happens more than I’d like to admit. One weird thing – sometimes you can see an outline of where you were sitting, but it goes away on its own after a bit. Hasn’t been a problem, just something I noticed.
This is where things get interesting. The sofa has storage in the armrests and under every seat (great for hiding blankets and random stuff), marble plates on the armrests that are perfect for drinks, actual power outlets built into the armrests – game changer for charging my phone and laptop, armrests that fold out into little tables for my laptop, and LED lights you control from your phone (honestly didn’t think I’d use this but it’s actually nice for movie nights). None of this feels gimmicky. I use most of these features pretty much daily.
Assembly was mostly easy – everything clips together. But getting that last piece locked in with the armrest and back was tricky because this thing is HEAVY. Definitely grab someone to help you with that part. Once it’s done though, it feels really sturdy.
Look, four grand is four grand. I’m not pretending that’s cheap. But it comes with a 10-year warranty, which makes me feel better about the investment. And honestly? When I think about how much I use it and all the stuff it does, I’m happy with that price. It’s basically replaced like three pieces of furniture in one and I had virtually no storage in my living room before getting this sofa.
If you’re looking for just a basic sofa, this is overkill and you’ll be better off saving your money. But if you spend a lot of time on your couch, work from home, or just want something that does more than look pretty, this is solid. The comfort alone would sell me on it, and everything else is bonus.
Just make sure you’ve got the space and the budget before pulling the trigger. And seriously, use that back cushion.

The sofa is truly amazing — we are still using it and are very satisfied. Even though our previous sofa was from a reputable brand and we loved it, we prioritized this brand because it’s incredibly easy to maintain. It’s simple to wipe clean, especially with kids and small stains.

We also love that it lifts up and has storage compartments where we keep blankets, pillows, and toys. This keeps our living room tidy every evening, and we no longer have toys scattered around.

I am very happy with my Rezy couch. It’s comfortable, looks great, and has a ton of storage. I would definitely recommend!

The Rezy Two-Seater with Ottoman 4.0 completely transformed my space. It’s easy to set up, super comfortable, and the White Textured Weave looks clean and modern. I love the hidden storage under the seats and armrests — perfect for keeping my gear and throws organized. The slide-out tray table and built-in outlets make it extra practical for work or relaxing. I'm obsessed with this couch - it literally has everything I need and more. The two seater is an amazing size, but still fits nicely in my small space. My couch is white, so it goes with all of my pink decor, and of course, I can turn the lights on and make them pink to go with the vibe. The comfort of this couch is unmatched. I end up working from home here some (most) days, haha. I also love the storage, it's so helpful in my Toronto condo. I wish there were outlets on both sides, but even just the one side is so handy. Everything about this couch makes my living room better. I highly recommend it to everyone I know.

We absolutely love our Three-Seater Smart 3.0 with ottoman! The white textured looks amazing and fits perfectly in our living room. We LOVE the storage and can fit so many things! The built-in LED lights are great for creating a cozy vibe, and the marble cup holders are a nice touch. We also love the wireless charging feature!
